Athena and Gloria, the inspiring mother-daughter team behind Bliss Wellness & Beauty, have built a space rooted in transformation, resilience and empowerment.

Athena is a licensed cosmetologist who artistry and curiosity for holistic wellness continue to shape her path. Known for her meticulous lash extensions and Korean lash lifts and eye for detail, she brings a calming intuitive touch to every beauty service. Beyond her cosmetology work, Athena formulates handcrafted wellness remedies, creating her own magnesium sprays, detox drops and herbal tinctures to support natural healing for the mind and body. As a certified sound healer, she also leads sessions designed to restore balance and relaxation. While raising a young family, Athena continues to evolve her practice, merging her love for beauty, health and holistic care into a thoughtful, grounded approach that reflects the spirit of Bliss Wellness & Beauty.

Gloria’s journey began in leadership and business development before answering a deeper calling to help others heal through bodywork and recovery. She trained in Brazil in traditional lymphatic massage techniques, gaining direct insight into methods that inspired the foundation of her work. She later advanced her education through certification by a prestigious medical organization recognized for training healthcare professionals in post-operative care and lymphatic drainage therapy. Drawing from both disciplines, Gloria developed her own proprietary method the Brazilian Detox Formula™, a curated blend of Brazilian lymphatic principles, contouring artistry, and detoxifying techniques. Each session is individually tailored, ensuring that no two treatments are ever the same.

Together, Athena and Gloria transformed their home-based dream into a thriving boutique on Stockton’s Miracle Mile a haven where recovery, renewal, and beauty meet.

Now, Bliss Wellness & Beauty is entering its next chapter. Building upon its foundation in beauty and body wellness, the business has grown to included post-operative care and is now expanding into integrative medspa services, introducing IV hydration therapy, aesthetic injectables, and advanced wellness treatments under professional medical oversight. Every new offering remains guided by the same philosophy that built the brand  combining science, artistry, and compassion to help clients look and feel their absolute best.
